The User’s personal data will be used by Fratelli Martinelli s.p.a. in full respect of the privacy protection principles set forth by Italian Legislative Decree (D. lgs) n. 196 of June 30 2003 and related norms. This document concerns personal data sent by the user upon requesting information or estimates, as well those obtained through visiting and navigating through our website. Personal data supplied by users will be processed by Fratelli Martinelli s.p.a. in compliance with D. lgs 196/2003, and will thus be subject to: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, inter-connection and all other operations useful for supplying the requested services prevalently through IT means. These data may also be organized in data banks or archives. In particular, the purposes of personal data processing are the following: a) supplying information and mailing out promotional and/or informative material regarding our services; b) fulfillment of fiscal or accounting legislation and regulations obligations; c) trace the authors of possible offences only under specific request and on behalf of competent authorities. Once the user has agreed to his/her personal data processing :d) Fratelli Martinelli s.p.a. will never transfer the data to third parties; e) ensure the quality of the services offered, offering also post-sales services; f) send out communications and information advertising the products and initiatives offered. The Customer may access his/her own data at any time and exercise the rights described in art. 7 D. lgs 196/2003. Personal data is divided into two categories: compulsory and optional, as mentioned in the information request procedure. Personal data supplied by users will be processed for all aims pertaining to the services that Fratelli Martinelli s.p.a. offers. Failure to enter the compulsory data or failure to consent to their processing means users will not have access to these services. Other data collected aid Fratelli Martinelli s.p.a.in offering better service, and the Customer may or may not wish to supply these. Fratelli Martinelli s.p.a. informs that, according to art. 7 of D. lgs 196/2003, users have the right to: a) know about the existence of their personal data processing; b) know the identification details of the data processing controller; c) obtain through the controller: the confirmation of the existence of personal data, their communication and origin, the logic applied and purposes of the processing; d) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully; e) the updating, correction and integration of data; f) a statement that the operations indicated at point (e) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated and/or released; g) completely or partially oppose for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data regarding him/her; h) completely or partially modify his/her consent at a later date, to the processing of data for the purposes of commercial information, i.e., market research surveys or sales communications and the like.
